Description
Characteristics:
Dag 386 is a colloidal dispersion of graphite in ethyl alcohol. It is used for forming dry lubricating films and for coating electric conductors. It is used for forming dry lubricating films and for coating electric conductors. It is also used as an antiseizure material for threads and dies during the extrusion of aluminium.
Options:
Coatings are effective up to a maximum temperature of 250-300°C. The ohmic value may vary between 200 – 1100 Ohm/square depending on the film thickness, the application method and the high temperature drying and hardening conditions. Hardening improves the film’s adhesion, resistance and conductivity.
