A refractory cement made from extremely pure arc melted alumina, specifically developed for coating the coils of crucible induction furnaces used for melting and holding metals of all kinds. In view of its versatility, this cement is also suitable for other purposes, such as the forming of spouts, troughs, ladles and hatches as well as prefabricated special pieces, where a very fine grain and outstanding mechanical strength are required in combination with excellent refractory properties.
