Description
Characteristics:
These systems have been created for foundries which do not need to modify their alloy but still have to eliminate dissolved gases and other impurities.
The system uses a disperser (lance and special rotor) which rotates at high speed for uniform injection of inert gases into the molten alloy.
Pollutants and unwanted particles such as dissolved H2 gas, intermetallic segregations and mixed Al2O3, SiO2 and SiC oxides are removed very efficiently thanks to the very small size of the gas bubbles used. The degassing system is able to perform programmable, repeatable automatic treatments.
