As well as conventional degassing, they also allow the foundry to carry out modification, refinement, drossing-off and deoxidising treatments. These operations require the use of our FOUNDRY X products (powders packed in aluminium cans) which are pre-loaded in special dispensers in the system. Thanks to the design of the shaft and rotor and full programming of times and rotation speeds, the system is able to plunge the can into the metal to ensure uniform distribution of the flux.
