Description

Pulvergraph D17 / A is in aerosol packs respectively of:
Graphite
Molybdenum disulfide
Both products consist of colloidal fineness powders which, following evaporation of the solvent, form dry films of lamellar lubricants (graphite and MoS2) on all types of surfaces.

Characteristics:
Pulvegraph D 17/A provides films that can be used from -100ºC up to 500ºC for speeds lower than 4m/s.

Options:
Surface preparation:
On the parts subject to friction, Pulvegraph D 17/A improves the performances of the lubricants (oils or greases) applied later (pistons of diesel engines).
Tools working at high temperatures (punches and forging tools)
Metal moulds: in glassware, in foundry.
On metal plates.

Complete dry lubrication:
All mechanisms operating at high temperature (bearing of kiln cars).
Screws and bolts.
The dry film of graphite can be easily removed with polar solvents (alcohol, ketones). To achieve a good film structure, the application has to be made on surfaces not exceeding a temperature of 35ºC.

Notes:
Spray can 400 ml.
